1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of granthservices.com, the free IT calculators on it, the IT Project Planner mobile app, and the quote calculator subscription (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

The Services are provided by Granth Services Inc., 3977 E Oakwood Road, Oak Creek, WI 53154, USA (“Granth”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@granthservices.com, (414) 400-0212.

3. Our content belongs to us

All content in the Services is owned by Granth Services Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, icons, screenshots, page layouts, software code, calculator designs and results, price lists and methods. “Granth Services” and the Granth logo are our trademarks. © 2026 Granth Services Inc. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business planning. No other right is granted.

4. What you may not do

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, frame or redistribute any part of the Services, except short quotes with credit to Granth Services;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or automatically collect content, results or data from the Services, including by bots or scripts;
• send automated or bulk requests to our calculators or APIs, or try to work out, reverse engineer, decompile or reconstruct our formulas, rates, pricing logic or source code;
• build, train or improve a competing product, calculator, dataset or AI model using the Services or their results;
• resell, sublicense or rent the Services or their results, or offer them to others as your own;
• remove or hide copyright, trademark or other notices;
• bypass rate limits, access controls or security, or interfere with the Services;
• use the Services for anything unlawful or misleading.

We may block access and take legal action if these rules are broken.

5. Calculator results are estimates

Results from our calculators and the app are general planning estimates based on the answers you enter. They are not a quote, offer or professional design. Actual needs and prices depend on an on-site assessment. A firm quote from Granth Services is only valid when we issue it to you in writing.

6. Subscriptions and paid reports

Paid subscriptions and one-time full reports are sold on granthservices.com only, not inside the mobile app. Plans, prices, quote limits, billing period and any free trial are shown on the subscription page at the time you sign up. Subscribers may use their own prices and branding to prepare quotes for their own customers, but these Terms still apply to our content, formulas and software. You are responsible for the quotes you give your customers. All payments, including subscriptions and one-time reports, are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that.

7. Accounts

If you create a subscriber account, keep your login details safe and tell us at once about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one business; sharing logins outside your plan’s user limit is not allowed.

8. Privacy

Our use of information is described in our privacy policy.

9. Links and app stores

The Services may link to other websites or be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those sites and stores have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. No warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Granth Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Services or their results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses if you break these Terms or misuse the Services.

13. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue after access ends.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.

16. Copyright complaints

To report content that you believe infringes your copyright, email info@granthservices.com with the details required by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
